When Is It Enough…When It Comes To Weight Loss?

𝗪𝗛𝗘𝗡 𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗧 𝗘𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗚𝗛??⁣

This thought has been sitting heavy on my mind. ⁣

When is comes to weight loss .. 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵?⁣

I’m on my own personal journey headed in to summer.. and of course things are moving MUCH slower than I’d like. (Can anyone relate??) ⁣

But why is slow movement not enough? ⁣

⁣I have been trying to find that answer..⁣

If I were to be giving advice to my clients, I’d remind them to be patient, and focus on all of the other goals they have accomplished through the week. Trust the process.⁣

Phew. Easier said then done. Am I right?!⁣
