How is Online Coaching better than In Person Training?

Understandable, you might have some doubts when it comes to an online fitness trainer. We can relate to that because we ourselves had reservations before transitioning from being a personal trainer who worked face to face.

What Does A Typical Week Inside Look Like?

The Right 2 Fitness Program is a unique and personalized program that offers a combination of educational material and individual support, including one-on-one mentoring, coaching, and responsibility.

The educational content is exclusively available on a private members' site, ensuring its confidentiality, and serves as a supplement to the weekly coaching calls and ongoing discussions through our messaging platform.

Each day, you will use our personalized app to track your food intake & complete your fitness routine

This will enable us to monitor your eating habits and motivate you to build consistency with your fitness.

You will have the opportunity to participate in problem-solving Zoom calls with your coach directly as well.

Every day, we will thoroughly review your food choices and provide actionable points to focus on in for the following day. This system ensures that you remain accountable and continuously progress towards your goals.

Using our personalized app, you can also track your weight, body measurements, and, if you feel comfortable, document your progress through photos.

Additionally, we conduct a weekly group coaching call on Zoom, where we address various topics of interest such as "how does alcohol affect weight loss," "understanding emotional eating," and "navigating periods, menopause, and hormone replacement therapy (HRT), ect, ect, ect.
