Vanessa Lettich

Hi! I’m Vanessa, founder of Right 2 Fitness and I am originally from DuBois, Pa!

Throughout high school I always participated in sports and was very active. As I went off to college I had some pretty serious detrimental life altering events get thrown my way.

I found the weight room as my sanctuary during this time and that’s where my true love for fitness bloomed.

  1. Why are you passionate about health and fitness?

    I am passionate about fitness because it helped me get through some very hard times in my life and want to share this coping tool with the women of the word!

  2. What is your favorite part of being a women’s weight loss and toning coach?

    My favorite part of being a women’s coach is getting to know each of my clients personal stories. Everyone had such a unique “why” and there is no better feeling than helping someone accomplish a big goal

  3. What is your favorite form of exercise?

    My favorite form of exercise is heavy strength training

  4. What are your favorite foods?

    My favorite food is anything my husband (Derek Lettich) Cooks for me

  5. What is your favorite music?

    Favorite music is EDM, but I like most everything

  6. What would you say your most qualified areas are in health and fitness?

    Nutrition and behavior change

  7. What is your educational background and certifications?

    School: Bachelors in Health and Physical Education, Masters in Education / Coaching

    Certifications: NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, NASM Weight Loss Specialist & NASM Behavioral Specialist, Girls Gone Strong Pre/Postnatal Coaching Certified.

  8. What is one of your biggest and proudest client accomplishments to date?

    My biggest accomplishment is having a client lose 27lbs in a 12 week program BUT the accomplishment here is that she continued to apply what she learned and went on to lose a total of 64lbs

Derek Lettich

Hey! I’m Derek, founder of Right 2 Fitness and I am originally from Camp Hill, Pa!

Before creating this amazing program with my wife Vanessa, I was a P.E. teacher and a soccer coach for 6 years.

Although I absolutely loved working with kids, I knew that I was destined to help people in a much more impactful way.

Creating this program and this opportunity has been the way for us to help so many women out there become their best selves and it has been an absolute dream from day one!

  1. Why are you passionate about health and fitness?

    Quite simply, fitness saved my life as a younger man. I had a life altering injury happen to me during a very crucial time. This injury sent me on a spiral of destruction and doubt.

    If it wasn’t for exercise and programming, I don’t know where I would have ended up.

    I truly believe that investing in any way possible back into your health, your body and your mind is the quickest way to learning discipline, building a solid foundation of health and longevity and for securing a happy and healthy future.

  2. What is your favorite part of being a women’s weight loss and toning coach?

    My favorite part of being a women’s coach is having the opportunity to give back and help so many women out there who spend their lives “giving” to everyone around them and everyone they love.

    I grew up in a house full of women. During these years I was able to witness these strong women put the world on their shoulders and take care of everyone around them without asking for anything in return.

    Having the opportunity to help as many women as possible out there create space inside their busy life to take care of themselves so they can also feel amazing is my way of giving back and paying tribute to the strong women in my life as well.

  3. What is your favorite form of exercise?

    Well, to put it simply, ANYTHING. See, I just love and need to move. As my wonderful wife would say, “You’re squirrely, you need to go work out!” So anything that gets me moving I absolutely love and keeps me zen.

    But if I were to choose, heavy strength training and HIIT would be my all-time favorites.

  4. What are your favorite foods?

    Healthy tie between a good ol’ fashion grilled burger and tacos

  5. What is your favorite music?

    2000s Pop Punk, Screamo (don’t laugh too hard!) and Indie Acoustic

  6. What would you say your most qualified areas are in health and fitness?

    I have a strong background in progressive fitness programming, nutritional guidance and behavioral change/motivation

  7. What is your educational background and certifications?

    School: Bachelors degree for Physical Education and Masters degree in Exercise Science

    Certifications: NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, NASM Certified Weight Loss Expert, NASM Behavioral Change Coach

  8. What is one of your biggest and proudest client accomplishments to date?

    My biggest accomplishment is having Brenda Campbell lose 50lbs, get off of her arthritis medications, increase her self esteem and self worth, help her find confidence to find love AND help her through kicking breast cancers butt!

    She is a true inspiration and I am so freaking proud to have been a part of her transformation journey.
