𝗬𝗒𝗨π—₯ π—™π—œπ—§π—‘π—˜π—¦π—¦ 𝗝𝗒𝗨π—₯π—‘π—˜π—¬ 𝗖𝗔𝗑𝗑𝗒𝗧 π—’π—‘π—Ÿπ—¬ π—•π—˜ 𝗔𝗕𝗒𝗨𝗧 π—§π—›π—˜ π—‘π—¨π— π—•π—˜π—₯ 𝗒𝗑 π—§π—›π—˜ π—¦π—–π—”π—Ÿπ—˜. ⁣

⁣This is something that I had personally struggled with for MANY years and it all started when I dove into the world of bodybuilding. ⁣

⁣If you don’t know much about that world, it’s WILD and super intense. ⁣

⁣The goal, lose a unhealthy amount of weight, get as lean as possible and flex in a little bikini for people to judge you. ⁣

(Literally sounds like a nightmare as I typed that!)⁣

⁣And to be honest, even at my leanest, I STILL didn’t love the way I looked. ⁣

⁣Now, I wouldn’t change that experience, it taught me so many things about fitness, and was the catalyst of me pursuing fitness as a career. ⁣

⁣However, I was not prepared for, was what was going to happen to my body after competition and how that change (of putting weight back on) would affect my own personal views on my body image. ⁣

⁣To make a long story short and fast forward to now..⁣

⁣My goals have dramatically switch to:⁣

⁣getting strong AF⁣

⁣AND ⁣

⁣having more flexible mindset with food ⁣

⁣⁣and guess what???

….. π—œ π—”π—–π—§π—¨π—”π—Ÿπ—Ÿπ—¬ π—Ÿπ—’π—©π—˜ π—§π—›π—˜ π—ͺ𝗔𝗬 π—œ π—Ÿπ—’π—’π—ž 𝗑𝗒π—ͺ 𝗔𝗑𝗗 π—›π—”π—©π—˜ 𝗑𝗒 π—œπ——π—˜π—” π—ͺ𝗛𝗔𝗧 π—œ π—ͺπ—˜π—œπ—šπ—› ⁣

⁣Strange how that works. ⁣
