A lean, toned tummy is something that EVERYONE wishes they had but it's also something that NOT everyone is willing to work for

More specifically, Training with resistance to overload those muscles in your midsection will help them grow and take the shape that most people desire
See, your abs grow just like any other muscle in your body. In order to see them take shape, you can add resistance to your movements to carve them out!
But here's the secret that noone wants to hear
You won't ever see those lean, toned and carved 6 pack muscles if they are covered up by a layer of body fat right?
So that means you can do all of the crunches and leg lifts you want but if you don't dial in your nutrition to shave those inches off you will struggle to see the abs you are looking for
So here's the plan: keep crushing it in the gym, target those abs with some crunches and weight resisted leg raises
But start to prioritize your nutrition with clean, healthy high protein whole foods and veggies each and every day
Build Consistency with both of those plans
