Anyone else feel they need to justify wanting to change their body? πŸ‘‹πŸ»β£

When I talk to women, I often sense they feel pressure to β€œlove their body as is” in fact they almost feel nervous to talk about wanting to change it and lose weight. Almost like there is this pressure to accept the state of health they are in.⁣

Where I want EVERYONE to love and accept their bodies, and by NO MEANS should anyone be treated differently for the way they look. ⁣

I’m here to tell you..⁣

You have every right to want to make changes to your body. Period. ⁣

⁣

This can include weight loss, weight gain, weight management and everything in between. πŸ’ͺ🏻⁣
