If Iโm being honest, Iโve been feeling pretty unmotivated lately.โฃ
Not really wanting to workout, do work, make posts..just feeling kinda Blah. โฃ
Remember, motivation is finite..it will come and go. Most importantly.. we canโt always rely on it to keep us going. โฃ
When Iโm feeling unmotivated.. Here are a few things that help keep me focused or get me back on track..โฃ
1๏ธโฃ Setting Clear Goals: Define what you want to achieve and break it down into manageable steps. Clarity breeds motivation!โฃ
2๏ธโฃ Embracing Positivity: Surround yourself with positive vibes,affirmations and other people. Derek Lettich is THE number one hype person, if you know him at all heโs always cheering you on. โฃ
3๏ธโฃ Celebrate Progress: Each small step forward is worth celebrating. Recognize and appreciate your achievements along the way.โฃ
4๏ธโฃ Embrace Challenges: Challenges are opportunities for growth. Embrace them, learn from them, and let them fuel your motivation to overcome any obstacle.โฃ
5๏ธโฃ Keep a routine: Working from home and running my own business, my schedule changes day to day. But I do set a pretty strict schedule first thing in the morning.. ie. Take calls, message clients, go to the gym, eat lunch.. ect. All of these task are a nonnegotiable. (At least thatโs what I tell myself to stick to it)โฃ
Remember, motivation is like a muscle that needs regular exercise and practice.โฃ
