If Iโ€™m being honest, Iโ€™ve been feeling pretty unmotivated lately.โฃ

Not really wanting to workout, do work, make posts..just feeling kinda Blah. โฃ

Remember, motivation is finite..it will come and go. Most importantly.. we canโ€™t always rely on it to keep us going. โฃ

When Iโ€™m feeling unmotivated.. Here are a few things that help keep me focused or get me back on track..โฃ

1๏ธโƒฃ Setting Clear Goals: Define what you want to achieve and break it down into manageable steps. Clarity breeds motivation!โฃ

2๏ธโƒฃ Embracing Positivity: Surround yourself with positive vibes,affirmations and other people. Derek Lettich is THE number one hype person, if you know him at all heโ€™s always cheering you on. โฃ

3๏ธโƒฃ Celebrate Progress: Each small step forward is worth celebrating. Recognize and appreciate your achievements along the way.โฃ

4๏ธโƒฃ Embrace Challenges: Challenges are opportunities for growth. Embrace them, learn from them, and let them fuel your motivation to overcome any obstacle.โฃ

5๏ธโƒฃ Keep a routine: Working from home and running my own business, my schedule changes day to day. But I do set a pretty strict schedule first thing in the morning.. ie. Take calls, message clients, go to the gym, eat lunch.. ect. All of these task are a nonnegotiable. (At least thatโ€™s what I tell myself to stick to it)โฃ

Remember, motivation is like a muscle that needs regular exercise and practice.โฃ
