I was feeling unmotivated. β£

I hated writing my own workouts.β£

So I paid another professional to do them for me. ππ»ββοΈβ£

β Iβm enjoying my workouts WAY more β£
β I am learning a new way of programming β£
β I have more time to give to my family and clients β£

I was feeling some kind of way having someone else write my programs for me.. because I have the knowledge and can do them myself. β£

However, with a full client load, writing anywhere from 5β£-15 programs a week, I was burnt out by the time it came to making my own.β£

If Iβm being honest, Iβm not sure Iβll ever go back to writing my own program. Something about someone else telling me what to do makes me want to go in and crush it much more then only being held accountable to myself. β£
