And food can be one of those tools, because it can make us feel good. โฃ

In my opinion it just canโ€™t be the only tool we grab to help support us in times of need. โฃ

I recently set up a crafting table in my basement, and itโ€™s been such a good escape for me when Iโ€™m feeling overwhelmed. โฃ
