We learn so much from our parents. ⁣

Both directly and in directly. ⁣

⁣

My mom was the first to introduce me to the gym and weight lifting..

⁣

She also was strong enough to have tough conversations with me about watching my portions when I eat.. ⁣

⁣

And had home cooked meal with lots of protein most nights of the week.. ⁣

We don’t have children yet, but if you do, do you ever stop and think what health habits they might be learning from you? ⁣
