Enjoying our DELICIOUS browning wedding cake on our big day!

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗪𝗘𝗥 𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗕𝗘 𝗕𝗢𝗧𝗛 𝗬𝗘𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗡𝗢.

This concept is something I talk a lot about with my clients.⁣

And it’s not an easy one to get comfortable with. ⁣

In health there is no one-size-fits-all-answer-for- every -situation. ⁣

For example: it’s you’re moms birthday, but you’re working towards weight loss. ⁣

Hmm do you have a slice a cake?⁣

You absolutely can.. YES!

Maybe in the weeks to follow you have a couple weekends in a row celebrating another special occasion.. baby shower, wedding, dinner out with friends. ⁣

It’s also okay in a similar situation to pass on the cake or dessert.

𝗜’𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗠 𝗡𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥 𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗖𝗔𝗞𝗘 because I’m trying to lose weight. ⁣

⁣FACT: you CAN have a slice of cake on a special occasion here and there and still work towards a weight loss goal. ⁣

This all nothing mentality can be very dangerous when working towards any weight management goal. ⁣

I promise finding balance will serve you MUCH better in the long run. ⁣

If you struggle with this, let me help! Comment below with the word ME and I will personally reach out to you.
