Be able to keep up with their kids
Be able to take care of their aging parents
Be able to stand at work and not feel exhausted
Get rid of their lower back pain, knee pain, ect,
Be able to jump without peeing (ladies.. iykyk)

Not just exclusively for weight loss, but to BE ABLE .. to live their life to the fullest without pain.
