I found my love for the gym my freshman year of college and have been pretty consistent since then.

Oh.. and I've stopped wearing headbands (thank goodness)haha

But a lot still has stayed the same..

Lifting 2-5 days a week

Prioritizing Protein at meals

Staying hydrated

Limiting Alcohol intake

Adding lots of veggies to meals

Just know that EVERYONE starts somewhere, and it's ABSOLUTELY never ever to late to start.

And once you start you MUST keep going..
