Its been HARD to get any momentum in any one aspect of life.. โฃ

Between running to summer events, unexpectedly having to buy a new car, wearing all of the hats in the businessโฆ PHEW.. โฃ

There have been 3 things in my life that have kept me grounded..โฃ

1. My amazing husband. โค๏ธโฃ

2. My recommitment to my faith. โช๏ธโฃ

3. The gym. ๐๐ปโโ๏ธโฃ

My weight loss goal for the summer have done a complete 180.. โฃ
โฃ
For now, my weight loss goals have taken a back seat, and Iโm focusing on managing my stress and coping using the three things above. โฃ
