The month have June and into this month already have been particularly challenging.. โฃ

Its been HARD to get any momentum in any one aspect of life.. โฃ

Between running to summer events, unexpectedly having to buy a new car, wearing all of the hats in the businessโ€ฆ PHEW.. โฃ

There have been 3 things in my life that have kept me grounded..โฃ

1. My amazing husband. โค๏ธโฃ

2. My recommitment to my faith. โ›ช๏ธโฃ

โฃ

3. The gym. ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธโฃ

My weight loss goal for the summer have done a complete 180.. โฃ

โฃ

For now, my weight loss goals have taken a back seat, and Iโ€™m focusing on managing my stress and coping using the three things above. โฃ
