This weekend was spent with lots of amazing quality family time. β£
β£We were active, but of course ate some meals and treats that were a little off of my normal choices. β£

NOT skipping meals β£
NOT drinking some βfat burning gut cleansingβ drink β£

2-4 days of intentional exercise β£
Eating a carb, veggies, protein and fat with meal β£
Eating 3 meals a day. β£
Drinking at least 64oz of water daily β£
