This weekend was spent with lots of amazing quality family time. ⁣

⁣We were active, but of course ate some meals and treats that were a little off of my normal choices. ⁣

⁣So what’s the trick to see weight loss after a holiday weekend of indulging?!⁣

⁣NOT extra hours cardio ⁣

NOT restricting food groups⁣

NOT skipping meals ⁣

NOT drinking some β€œfat burning gut cleansing” drink ⁣

⁣Simply get back to that foundational check list of habits we know help support weight loss and our health.. ⁣

2-4 days of intentional exercise ⁣

Eating a carb, veggies, protein and fat with meal ⁣

Eating 3 meals a day. ⁣

Drinking at least 64oz of water daily ⁣
